If we could all stop and say a prayer for the family of Lcpl John Malone today that would be very appreciated I'm sure. He was killed in Afghanistan yesterday. Cameron is really upset about it as they were friends so if we could also say a prayer for him and all the other men of 2/3 Echo.

Came across your blog. My thoughts and prayers are with LCpl Malone's family and friends...and with your husband. Please tell him how sorry I am for the loss of his friend.
My son is 2/3 Echo, I am sure he knows Cameron, and that he knew John.
I came across your blog while searching LCpl Malone. I'm the Chaplain for the Marine Corps League and will be leading a memorial service at the funeral home tonight.
