I'm at 147.0 lbs. That puts me a few pounds below the last time I weighed in with everyone. I do know that the weight I have lost isn't from working out I think it's because I have been so nauseated I can't eat. BUT, I'm loosing weight. I'm hoping that I'll start feeling better soon so that I can get back to the gym and work some of my fatness off!! :)
Since I can't go to the gym right now I am just trying to do a few small things during the day while I'm cleaning or playing with Pablo so exercise, just small things though!!
Does anyone have any advice on some small things I can do to help me loose weight around the house rather than going to the gym for right now? All suggestions would be really appreciated!

When you are cleaning,or just sitting, remember to suck in your stomach, tighten all those muscles and keep them tight. You will have to remind yourself to do it, but it will help you to build that sixpack you want. Instead of bending over at the waist, squat with bent knees. When folding clothes, put them on your left left side, kind of behind you and turn to pick them up, turn back to center to fold and then turn far right to lay them down; or leave them in a basket on the floor and do the same movements. While you are sitting crocheting, do leg lifts, rotate your ankles, etc. Love you, Mama
You can also dance! You may feel silly but you can put some music on and dance while you are cleaning. You are in the house alone and no one but you and pablo will know how silly you look ;)
